Shipping Information 

Addressing:
We suggest that you ship to a business address to expedite your order and to give you the best shipping rates possible. UPS, DHL and Federal Express cannot deliver to a P. O. Box.

Multiple Addresses:
We are happy to ship your gifts to various locations. Provide us with your gift list and any correspondence you would like to be placed in each box. The charge for this service is $2.00 per box plus shipping. Corporations especially like this service for their holiday gift giving. Ask our gift consultants for mailing list requirements, and quantity discounts.

Adult Signature Required:
Due to alcoholic beverage laws, an adult signature is required at the time of delivery. Recipient will be asked to show a photo ID showing proof of legal age.

Shipping Materials:
Styrofoam and cardboard shipping containers are used to ensure your order arrives in excellent shape, and are part of the shipping costs. If your prefer, two-bottle gift boxes are available for $5.00 plus shipping and are shipped in an outer cardboard container.

Delivery:
When placing your order, you will be given a delivery  date. Please allow 3-5 weeks during the holiday season

Damage:
If your order is damaged in shipment, call us and we will handle all of the details with the shipping company. A replacement, or refund including the shipping cost will be sent to you.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated directly from UPS and Federal Express shipping tables, and include packing materials. 
Prices listed are for UPS Ground shipments and are subject to change.

Residential Deliveries Add $1.50 Per Case

Discounted shipping rates are available on UPS ground and air deliveries with 6 or more cases going to the same address.

Reciprocal States:
Due to individual state laws governing interstate shipment of wine, we can only ship to the following states at this time: CA, CO, IA, ID, IL, MN, MO, NE, NM, NV, OR, WA, WI, WV. New states are being added all the time, please check with is if your state is not listed ... Email Us or Call (707) 539-7724.

All wines are sold in California, and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines. By placing an order, your authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. WINES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. IN PLACING YOUR ORDER YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THE PERSON TO WHOM THE DELIVERY WILL BE MADE IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD.
